Default Privilege Scope
By default, any user in the same voice channel can queue or vote to skip tracks. Once a DJ Role is designated, destructive operations require the DJ role or Administrator authority.
Creating the DJ Role
Create a role in your server named DJ and assign it to your trusted moderators or channel hosts. TSNA automatically discovers and honors any role named "DJ".
Last updated: October 2026. By inviting, configuring, or interacting with TSNA Music in any Discord server, you enter into a binding agreement with TSNA Development.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing TSNA Music bot ("the Service"), you warrant that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You also agree to strictly abide by Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Authorized Use & Acceptable Behavior
TSNA Music is designed exclusively for high-fidelity music streaming, DJ voice queue orchestration, and community audio entertainment. You agree NOT to:

API Exploitation & Flooding
Attempting to overload, spam queue commands, or perform denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our Lavalink audio nodes.
PROHIBITED
Harmful Audio Ingestion
Playing loud frequency ear-rape tracks designed to cause hearing damage or harassment to voice channel participants.
3. Service Availability & SLA
We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime for TSNA Music across our distributed node infrastructure. However, temporary disruptions may occur during scheduled cluster maintenance, upstream Discord Gateway outages, or network carrier maintenance. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
4. Termination & Server Blacklisting
TSNA Development reserves the right to immediately terminate access or blacklist any Discord server or user found violating these terms without prior notice or refund.
TSNA Music was built with an uncompromising commitment to user privacy. We strictly minimize data retention and never harvest personal information.
Zero Voice Recording Guarantee
TSNA Music NEVER records, intercepts, stores, or processes human speech or conversations occurring within Discord voice channels. The bot operates solely as an outbound audio playback client.

To provide playback state persistence and configuration across restarts, we store only non-sensitive operational identifiers:

Server Settings
Guild ID, custom prefix (e.g. !), 24/7 designated voice channel ID, DJ role IDs, and default equalizer preset.
SUBSCRIPTION
Premium Entitlements
Discord User ID or Guild ID associated with active No-Prefix or Server Premium status, along with plan expiration timestamp.
2. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or monetize user data. Necessary metadata (track URLs, search queries) is transmitted via encrypted WebSocket connections to our private Lavalink audio nodes strictly for stream resolution and playback.
3. Data Deletion & Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Guild administrators can request instantaneous purging of all stored configuration data for their server by kicking the bot or joining our Discord Support Server and submitting a data wipe request.
